Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
TesCas provides private remote access from a Tesla browser to a computer or an isolated TesCas for Cloud browser. This policy explains the information TesCas processes when you use the website, Windows app, native hosts, Tesla viewer, and Cloud service.
Information we process
- Account information: your sign-in provider identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and an internal TesCas account identifier.
- Linked devices and service activity: host and paired-Tesla identifiers, device names you choose, availability, pairing and session status, usage allowance, timestamps, app versions, and security events.
- Technical diagnostics: connection state, media and lifecycle counters, error categories, and build information. When you send an issue report, TesCas records the selected category and privacy-safe technical status, not typed text, page content, media content, or input content.
- Cloud browser profile: if you use TesCas for Cloud, your Chrome profile is encrypted for storage between sessions so it can be restored when you return.
Live screen, audio, and control data
TesCas transmits your live screen and audio to your authenticated viewer and sends your control input back to the selected host. This data is encrypted in transit and buffered only as needed for the live session. TesCas does not record or persist captured video, audio, pointer events, keyboard input, private viewer URLs, or the content of pages and media you view.
Websites opened inside Chrome process information under their own privacy policies. TesCas does not use your Cloud browser profile to sign you into the TesCas account.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, pair and secure devices, operate remote sessions, restore an encrypted Cloud profile, enforce beta limits, provide updates and support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use session content for advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
TesCas uses service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, signaling, diagnostics, and app distribution. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, TesCas, or the public.
Retention and your choices
Account and linked-device records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, and legal obligations. Short-lived pairing, attachment, and session credentials expire automatically. You can unpair devices, erase your encrypted Cloud browser profile, or request account deletion from TesCas account settings. Deleting an account removes account-owned records and the encrypted Cloud profile, subject to limited retention required for security or law.
Security and children
We use access controls, short-lived credentials, encrypted transport, and encrypted Cloud profile storage to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. TesCas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as TesCas changes. The latest version and effective date will remain on this page. For privacy questions or requests, email tescas-support@wirurun.com.
